This also allows us to get our products to the retailer much faster. Our rapid farm-to-market timing maximizes freshness and minimizes handling, which improves our ability to control food safety and traceability. All Chiapas Farms brand produce is best quality USDA #1 exportable and follows USDA and FDA guidelines for health and safety.

Traceability is a cornerstone of our operation. Through Harvest Mark ™  our customers can get valuable information about where their Chiapas product was grown and packaged and exactly when the product was harvested. Chiapas Farms offers unit verification.  That means that every piece of produce has its own tracking number. In the event of a recall or food safety scare, Chiapas Farms customers can quickly verify the safety of their CF product.

Chiapas Farms proves that by working side-by-side with our partner farmers and investing more in them, we can greatly improve the quality of our products. Due to long-term lease and operating agreements, the farmer gets a higher percentage of return on his hard work than industry standard. This is good for the farmer, their families and their communities.  We’re proud of what we do and how we do it. The quality of our produce reflects this.
